COPIES OF OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE REQUESTED BY CLICKING THE ORDER RECORDS BUTTON ABOVE. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE PARCHMENT PROCESS

  • Clicking the button will take you to the Parchment system.

  • Once you are on the Parchment website, please create a "New Learner Account". 

  • This system will be used for all transcript requests including requests to have a transcript mailed to a college, university, military branch or other post secondary institution. 

  • The following information must be supplied when requesting a transcript from Parchment:

    • Name of graduate/former student/current student

    • Date of graduation/withdrawal

    • Mailing address (if transcript is to be mailed)

    • Credential Request Authorization form must be completed within the Parchment system to complete your request for all transcripts. 

FORMER STUDENTS MUST ALSO USE THE PARCHMENT SYSTEM.
