Parents/Guardians of emergent bilingual students, the final T3 Series Family Event for the school year will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm at the Mexia ISD Administration Building, 616 N. Red River.
Please join us for another family outreach and training event that will provide you with the required parent and family literacy services, activities, and trainings needed to improve your English language skills.

Hello Blackcats. This afternoon the fire alarm system was activated at the Junior High School. The building was evacuated and Mexia Police and Fire Departments responded immediately. The building was checked and no fire was found. Mexia Fire Department authorized students and staff to return to the building and resume school. At no time were students or staff in danger and as always their safety is our number one priority. A big thank you goes out to Mexia's first responders for prioritizing the safety of our staff, students & facilities.
