The Blackcat Band will present their sounds of the season concert for the public December 16 at 6:30 pm, Mexia High School Auditorium. The Beginners are playing on the same night at 6:00 pm.

FOOTBALL PLAYOFF SENDOFF
This morning a Mexia ISD bus was involved in an accident with another vehicle. First responders arrived quickly, but no injuries were reported and all students continued to school after transferring to another bus. All parents of involved students have been contacted directly.

There will be a vaccine clinic on Friday September 17, 2021 from 9am to 1pm at the MISD administration building. The clinic is free and completely voluntary. Pfizer is approved for ages 12 and older. #othersfirst
This week we are honoring Military and First Responders at Blackcat Field before the game. All current and former Military and First Responders will get into the game free with proper ID.
A reminder that there is no school on Monday, September 6th due to the Labor Day holiday. Classes will resume Tuesday, September 7th.
