Congratulations to the Mexia Varsity Football Team on becoming the outright District 5-3A Champions by defeating Grandview last night! We are so proud of these young men. Their continued buy-in over the last few years, dedication to a cause bigger than themselves, and consistent hard work culminated in a district title. They have seen adversity as opportunity and molded themselves in the process of transforming this program. Also a shout out to the coaching staff for leading these student athletes! They are all True Defenders of the Crimson and the Black!
